What is The Haddenham Herald?
A satirical local newspaper for Haddenham, Buckinghamshire, in the tradition of Viz and the Leigh Whisperer, built to be genuinely useful to the village alongside the jokes: real submissions, real events, real local sport, an unhinged Lonely Hearts page, puzzles, and a monthly print edition, sitting next to entirely fabricated news.
Every fabricated story here is an invented, absurd version of something, never a factual claim about a real person or business. Names, places and identifying details are changed on purpose. No reasonable reader could take any of it as fact, and that's not an accident, it's the whole design.
Public bodies and public figures acting in their public role are fair game, same as any real paper. Everything else, real people's private lives, stays out of it.
